
Onyekachi Apam
He began his career with Enugu Rangers in 2004, where he showcased his immense talent as a defender in the Nigerian Premier League.
In 2006, Apam moved to OGC Nice to Stade Rennes in France, where he played for three seasons before signing with RL lens in 2008. Apam quickly established himself as a key player for Nice, making 105 appearances for the club in Ligue 1. He was known for his tenacity, speed, and excellent reading of the game, making him a reliable presence at the back for his team.
Apam's impressive performances for Nice led to his selection to the Nigerian national team, where he made 14 appearances and helped the team win a silver medal at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. He was also part of the Nigerian squad that played in the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
